Our family consists of agents from 18 to 77 years of age, male and female, of every ethnicity, background, religion, and varying life experiences. All of them have met or exceeded the high academic, physical, and psychological demands put on them during their grueling twelve days in our Academy.

During your time in the Academy you will learn all the laws and statutes permitting, assisting or restricting our operations in our operational jurisdiction as well as nationwide laws and court rulings that lay the ground work for our operations. In addition, you will be learning techniques from several physical management systems to help begin laying the ground work for the situations when force options must be used. There is a considerable amount of time spent on team unification and teamwork exercises as your team is only as strong as it's weakest link and the other members of the team must do whatever it takes to pick up their teams deficiencies. Training will consist of restraint and transportation techniques, arrest procedures and surrender protocol, tactical entry and departure exercises, and the like. Homework will be assigned every night. Our cadre of instructors is the best in the business and is very innovative in designing unique homework tasks. If you can make it to the end of our Academy, all you have to do is pass a physical and written test with a combined score of over 80% and we will be proud to welcome you into our family.
